What is EXXLAN?
5th generation multi-purpose high technology additives, EXXLAN was developed by considering the environmental problems. With the effects of removal and prevention carbon deposits in the injector, intake valve and combustion chamber in the engine, Exxlan keeps the engine clean so decreases the exhaust gases of vehicles and improves the Octane Requirement Increase.
Exxlan also minimizes the friction between the piston and piston ring so the heat of friction generated in the combustion chamber reduces, and maximizes engine performance so the cost of vehicle maintenance lowers.
EXXLAN
World famous car makers like BMW use PEA(polyetheramine), the main ingredient of EXXLAN as their base fuel additives when they launch their new cars from plants.

Cleaning CCD(combustion chamber deposits)
Only few companies has the technology of cleaning combustion chamber and the fuel additives(PEA type) made by this technology is called "4th or 5th generation additives". Several tests including Ricardo, UKâs test show the elimination effect of the deposits in the combustion chamber.

Reduction of ORI(Octane Requirement Increase)
- When you use a car for a long time, you are necessary to increase the octane number. This is called Octane Requirement Increase. ORI performance is another important measure of classification of additives generation.
To reduce ORI, fuel additives must be used to remove deposits such as intake valve deposits(IVD) and combustion chamber deposits(CCD).
- The impact of combustion chamber deposits in the ORI is known as about 60-65%, and the effect of the intake valve deposits as approximately 35-40%. 3rd generation additives makes the residue left after cleaning intake valve deposits and it would be transferred to combustion chamber and build up more.
This is one of the undesirable dysfunction of the existing additives made of PIB Amine.
